Designed to provide professional make-up artists with the greatest level of comfort and functionality, the makeup artist chair is an original Cantoni creation. the idea was conceived from experience in the field.

The idea was conceived from experience in the field, when it became apparent that there was a need for a portable makeup artist chair that could also be adjusted in height. The goal was to protect the health of the make-up artist‘s back, whilst allowing them to work with their customer at eye level. The first prototype was created in 1996.

Since then, the range has increased with the addition of new models and details have been perfected to obtain make-up chairs of exceptional quality, which are distinguished by their solid and portable nature and their durability.

Cantoni’s makeup chairs are available in both spray-painted dried beech wood and in anodised aluminium. The range also includes dual-height makeup chairs, available in wood : the makeup artist chair can be set at the required height by a simple movement with the foot. This useful feature allows the make-up artist to work in an upright position, thus protecting the health of their back and maximising the quality of their work.

• The makeup chair S102A is made in anodised aluminium with steel finishes, is foldable and is easy to carry around in their carry bag.
• Model S102N is also dual height but is made in black lacquered wood.

The latest models, S104 and S105, are distinguished by their unique, design lines, but also be an innovative anti-tip structure with a greater load-bearing capacity.

• The S104 make-up chair is total black, is made in lacquered dried beech wood, has no arm rests and the seat and back are upholstered in eco-leather.
• The S105 make-up chair is made in silver anodised aluminium, with the seat and back upholstered in black or white synthetic leather (other colours available, subject to minimum order quantities) and the armrests in beech wood, of a colour to match the seat, with the natural grain exposed.

Cantoni chairs for make-up artists are distinguished by exceptional attention to every single detail.

Starting with the choice of materials and design of the finishing touches (rounded cap finishings, water-repellent, breathable, wear and dirt-resistant material used for the seat and back covers, artisanal lacquered finish and the Cantoni logo carved into the wood), through to the engineering of the structure (reinforced supports for the seat, quick-folding footrest system for the S102 model, anti-tip structure for the S104 and S105 models), everything has been designed to make the daily work of a make-up artist safer, simpler and more comfortable.

Every one of Cantoni’s make-up chairs can be equipped with one of Cantoni’s exclusive, removable head rests, reclinable and adjustable in height: they are especially useful for long make-up sessions: the model or customer will be able to hold their head still, whilst remaining comfortable and in an ideal position for achieving the best make-up results.

All of the make-up chairs are transportable, using a purposely designed carry bag (trolley or carry strap version) and can be customized with a name or logo.
