Guarantee

All products sold by Cantoni Trading srl are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee and by the legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005. The legal guarantee (or for lack of conformity or defects or lack of promised quality) concerns a problem that the asset has presented since its origin.
The legal guarantee, therefore, finds its application in cases where the contract has not been respected, because a different good than the one foreseen has been delivered or in any case not able to perform the agreed services.

For sales to subjects with VAT numbers, the warranty is 12 months from delivery of the product, the deadline for reporting defects is instead 8 days from discovery.

If the malfunction is due to improper use, non-recommended or incorrect applications, neglect in use, tampering, incorrect installation or maintenance, negligence, or circumstances which, in any case, cannot refer to operating defects of the product itself, the guarantee in object will not in any case be applicable in case of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.

To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the DDT (transport document) and / or receipt, which he will receive together with the purchased goods, and activate the guarantee from the manufacturer where necessary.

In case of lack of conformity, Cantoni Trading srl, will restore the conformity of the product by:
– repair of the same or;
– replacement of the same or;
– price reduction or;
– termination of the contract and refund of the price paid

All material sent to Cantoni Trading srl for repair that is still under warranty or out of warranty, which, after checks by the Company, is functional, will be returned to the customer with the transport costs charged..

The customer’s right to warranty will lapse in the following cases:
-exceeding the deadlines;
-damage caused by use that does not conform to the original performance of the product;
-tampering or attempts to intervene by the user or by personnel not expressly authorized by our company;
-absence of original packaging and any accessories.
